Roasted Pepper & Sausage Pizza

A big trend right now in the pizza world is something called "Naked" pizza. Which basically means a sauceless pizza. This is a great way to let the fresh ingredients really shine through! When it comes to making a pizza like this, simplicity is the way to go!

What You Will Need: Par-cooked pizza dough (I baked the dough in the oven for about 2 minutes per side), roasted bell peppers, shredded cheese of your choice, smoked fully cooked sausage, arugula, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Per heat your grill. Drizzle the oil and season with salt/pepper.

Sprinkle with cheese, layer the roasted peppers, top with the sliced sausage & finish with another small amount of cheese.

Turn the heat down to low and place the pizza's on the grill. Close the lid and let the it heat through. It will only take a couple of minutes. Your looking for nice grill marks on the dough.

Top with a good handful of the arugula and turn off the heat. Close the lid and let the heat lightly wilt the greens.

Give the finished pizza a small drizzle of olive oil, slice & serve!

Enjoy & Always Cook with Love!
