Crock Pot Onion Roast

Being in the kitchen and making a meal is how I relax at the end of the day so my crock pot does not get utilized a lot. Every now and then, Ill burst it out for easy recipes like this!

What You Will Need: Beef roast still frozen, roasted garlic, onions, salt & pepper.

To serve: Carrots, celery, onions, butter & flour.

Slice up 3-4 whole onions.

Place the frozen roast into the crock pot, add in all the onions & several cloves of the roasted garlic.
Set on high for 6 hours.

Oh hello beautiful!!

Serve the roast with noodles, rice or roasted potatoes & veggies.

If you take this route, cut the carrots, celery & potatoes into large pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, salt/pepper. Roast in a 400 oven till tender.

To make a gravy, ladle out the juices from the crock pot.

Melt some butter.

Add in some flour, whisk.

Using the juices from the beef, whisk into the roux. Bring to a bubble.

Hearty, roasted vegetables...meaty, beefy roast...rich, luscious gravy!!

When you use your crock pot, make sure your doing a jack pot recipe!
